Doing what he can to spread holiday cheer, Colin Farrell delivered more than 100 gifts to sick children at Our Lady?s Children Hospital in Dublin, Ireland on Christmas Day (December 25).
The ?Swat? actro surprised the kids upon arrival and happily handed out presents while spending time with the grateful kids.
While the hospital would not comment, nor was his rep aware of his good deed, one of the relatives of the children tweeted about his generous visit.
