Kate Gosselin: Looking for Love, Reality TV Fame
Run and hide, men around the world. Kate Gosselin wants to find love again.

Not long after expressing sorrow for her former life and series, Gosselin is shopping a dating show around to the networks, according to E! News.
"She is ready to get back into the dating game," an insider says of Gosselin. "She is ready to find love again and to move on from her past. She's excited, this is a chance to start something new."
The source adds that Gosselin is having trouble tracking down Mr. Right in her everyday life (maybe because she's a terrible person) and is even willing to "travel around the country" as part of the program.
Kate and ex-husband Jon Gosselin are on great terms these days and the country is clearly clamoring for at least one of them to step into the spotlight again. No, wait. It's the exact opposite.

Michael Jackson Immortal Tour: How They Uphold The Legacy
MTV News gets a behind-the-scenes look at the Cirque Du Soleil tribute to the King of Pop.

<P><b>NEWARK</b> — Since its opening, <a href="/news/articles/1682347/michael-jackson-immortal-cirque.jhtml">Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour</a> by Cirque Du Soleil has honored the King of Pop through music, dance and acrobatics 117 times. Night after night, artists celebrate the life of the late Michael Jackson, but how do they take his iconic legacy and put it into a production? When the tour came to New York City this week, MTV News went behind the scenes to talk with the creative forces and performers to find out.</P><P>The artists (all 65 of them) had limited time to train and learn choreography -- an especially difficult feat when it's honoring MJ's signature moves. It was a kind of pressure that creative director Tara Young certainly learned to channel into a positive force.</P><P><CENTER><embed src="http://media.mtvnservices.com/mgid:uma:video:mtv.com:755805/cp~vid%3D755805%26uri%3Dmgid%3Auma%3Avideo%3Amtv.com%3A755805" width="430" height="242" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullScreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" base="."></embed></CENTER></P><P>"I think it is a pressure for sure; something I share with the whole building here is that we have nothing to prove, only to share," Young told MTV News. "We have an opportunity to share what Michael would have wanted to share and the pressure is only there to achieve excellence."</P><P>For Felix Cane, a two-time world champion pole dancer who does a captivating performance to "Danger," it was all about using that pressure to help the audience to remember the pop icon. "You are sharing this passion with them, and this love of MJ. There's times in the show when some people and I, myself, might have shed a few tears."</P><P>That pressure never felt as great as when the Jackson family sat in the front row at a show in Montreal, an experience Young described as "inspiring." When asked what MJ would think if he were sitting there with them, Young smiled, "He would feel such a sense of pride of what he has given us to work with. It evokes emotions in people that they didn't even know were going to come out."</P><P>I think everyone feels inspired, which evokes a certain feeling of change," Young added. "You feel a sadness too because he is not with us anymore, and that is an emotion that is wonderful too actually ... just to honor him."</P><P>The tour will continue in North America through the summer, before heading to Europe this fall.</P><P><i>Have you seen Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour? Justin Bieber Reveals His New Rolling Stone Cover
Singer treats fans to a sneak peek of his latest appearance on the magazine's cover.

<P><a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/bieber_justin/artist.jhtml">Justin Bieber</a> will be featured on the cover of the August issue of <i>Rolling Stone,</i> and though he might be tired of all those <a href="/news/articles/1688037/justin-bieber-vs-justin-timberlake.jhtml">Justin Timberlake</a> comparisons, he might have set himself up for a few more.</P><P>The pop star retweeted the cover photo after a fan got her <i>RS</i> copy in the mail and <a href="http://twitpic.com/a8ghvj" target="_blank">tweeted</a> out a photo of it. The top is tight enough so that the necklace he's wearing underneath shows through the fabric.</P><P>Although Timberlake went shirtless for his 2002 solo <a href="http://www.jtcovers.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/0301-rolling-stone.jpg" target="_blank">cover</a>, the vibe of Bieber's latest <i>Rolling Stone</i> cover is still reminiscent of that cover, as Bieber advances his career with hopes of <a href="/news/articles/1682090/justin-bieber-justin-timberlake-maturity.jhtml">making the leap</a> from tween dream to legitimate adult pop star.</P><P>This marks the second <i>Rolling Stone</i> cover for the 18-year-old. He appeared on the magazine in <a href="/news/articles/1658289/justin-bieber-abortion-rolling-stone.jhtml">February 2011</a>, coincidentally also wearing a tank top but with a leather jacket over it. The accompanying interview spawned controversy after the magazine quoted Bieber as saying, "I really don't believe in abortion." They later released an editorial note clarifying that "an editing error" led to Bieber being misquoted by the magazine. Bites from this latest interview had yet to be released by press time.</P><P>Bieber's timing on the cover of the magazine lines up with several big events for the singer. 'Glee' Star Chris Colfer Teases Michael Jackson Tribute Episode

<P>Fox's song-and-dance series "Glee" is no stranger to a star-studded cameo or two, with the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, John Stamos and Kristin Chenoweth all walking the halls of McKinley High during the past two and a half seasons. And as the show returns from a month-long hiatus, Gleeks aren't the only ones anticipating a few more famous faces. As star Chris Colfer told MTV News on the Golden Globes red carpet, there's plenty to look forward to when New Directions warble again January 17.</P><P>"Well, the Michael Jackson episode ...," Colfer answered when asked about his most-anticipated upcoming episodes. "We have a Spanish episode coming up with Ricky Martin. The actor/singer recently <a href="https://twitter.com/#!/ricky_martin/status/155141894333140993" target="_blank">tweeted</a> a joyful picture from his first day on set.</P><P>As to how the King of Pop's prolific songbook will manifest itself in the January 31 tribute episode, Colfer explained, "Well, I sing part of 'Black [or] White.' I'm the 'White' in 'Black [or] White,' and I sing 'Ben,' that famous song he wrote for the rat."</P><P>The rodent in question is the pet of a young boy named Danny in the 1972 film "Ben." Jackson sang a version of the theme song that appeared in the movie's closing credits and was later included on his 1972 album also named <em>Ben</em>. Lady Gaga Lacks 'Maturity' On Next Album

<P><a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/lady_gaga/artist.jhtml">Lady Gaga</a> is slowly but surely revealing to fans what her next album will sound like. And she claims she isn't looking to sound more grown-up anytime soon.</P><P>During a concert stop in Perth, Australia, over the weekend, Gaga revealed some details about what the album, her follow-up to 2011's <i>Born This Way,</i> will sound like. Before launching into her new track "Princess Die," which may appear on the new album, she teased her Little Monsters a bit about the highly anticipated album release.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Lady Gaga Has The Title And Concept For Her Next Album" id="vid:717202" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>"It's not about you, it's about me. This whole thing is about me," she joked about <a href="http://newsroom.mtv.com/2012/06/27/lady-gaga-debuts-new-song-at-australian-concert-princess-die/">"Princess Die"</a> in footage posted on <a href="http://www.pressparty.com/pg/newsdesk/ladygaga/view/51012/" target="_blank">Press Party</a>. "Oh, the vanity of a singer. So I wrote this song and in a way it has a bit to do with the rest of the album ... well, I'm not gonna say anything.</P><P>"Let's just say I feel, I feel that when I wrote <i>Born This Way,</i> I demonstrated a sense of maturity," she said. "And I feel that, on the next album, there's a lack of maturity, it's a tremendous lack of maturity or sense of responsibility."</P><P>In addition to the new song and those minute details, Gaga shared with her fans that she will announce her album's title in September. It's an <a href="/news/articles/1686922/lady-gaga-new-album-title.jhtml">album title</a> she's actually had in mind for a very long while, sharing with MTV News back in December that she had already had picked it out.</P><P>"I've started writing it and I have the name for it and all the concepts are beginning to flourish and take place," she said. "I'm excited to put it out, but it's not done yet. So I'll put it out when it's done."</P><P>While Gaga is currently on her world tour, she is cooking up tracks for her new album's release while on the road. "I get a little bit of anxiety thinking about that right now. I wanna just always try to outdo ourselves, our songs. They're already incredible songs. But I feel like she's so young," her longtime producer Fernando Garibay said late last year, adding that at the time, the <a href="/news/articles/1675458/lady-gaga-next-album.jhtml">record was in its early stages</a> and that "there's a lot of room to grow."</P><P>"The last record we made in bus stops and hotel rooms," he said. "Wherever she's at, we'll make it."</p>

Beyonce Opening Act Luke James Motivated By Her 'Drive'
After opening for B in Atlantic City, New Orleans newcomer tells MTV News what he's learned from the Queen.

<P>It was the morning after <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/knowles_beyonce/artist.jhtml">Beyoncé</a>'s triumphant <a href="/news/articles/1685932/beyonce-michelle-obama-atlantic-city.jhtml">second show in Atlantic City</a> when we bumped into Luke James by an elevator bank at the Revel resort. R&B's reigning diva had tapped the New Orleans native to warm up the capacity crowds as she staged her comeback run over Memorial Day weekend, and James had the unmistakable bop of a man who knows he's done something ... special.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Luke James Learned To 'Give' From Beyonce" id="vid:787005" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>Signed to Island Def Jam but still largely unknown to all but soul-music diehards, James had just the night before slayed a roomful of women that included the first lady, Michelle Obama. Armed with a flirty falsetto, James tossed long-stemmed red roses and lines like, "Before I met you, girl, I never knew my heart could dance/ I was just a broken record of one-night stands," from his standout single "I Want You." So what did the handsome upstart think when he heard he'd be opening up for the Grammy winner?</P><P>"The first thing I thought I was, 'OK, I need a band, gotta get the guys together, what we gon' wear, how we gon' do it 'cause I know <i>she's</i> gonna do it ... and what songs," James recalled when he stopped by the MTV newsroom, fresh from the four-night stint.</P><P>After jotting down a few notes on his mental checklist, Luke let himself absorb the moment: "And then I'm thinking, 'This is just an amazing opportunity. ... I was just elated."</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Beyonce Gets Back To Business, Kicks Off Summer!" id="vid:785342" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>James has discovered up close what it means be a member of Queen B's court, not only because of the A.C. gigs, but because of their shared connection to Frank Gatson Jr., Beyoncé's longtime choreographer/creative director and now James' manager. Dressed casually in a denim button-down and a red knit cap that called to mind old photos of <a href="http://theselvedgeyard.files.wordpress.com/2010/10/marvin-gaye-denim-red1.jpg?w=600" target="_blank">Marvin Gaye</a>, the singer paused for a heartbeat before relaying what lessons he picked up from Mrs. Carter.</P><P>"What I learned from Beyoncé is just the focus, the drive and to stay creative and to always give, just keep giving," he said. "Throughout the years that she's been doing it, since Destiny's Child to now, she's been giving.</P><P>"So this is the beginning for me ... I just want to remain giving and always [be] a necessity to people, you know?" he added thoughtfully. "Giving [fans] what they need. <P><a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/bieber_justin/artist.jhtml">Justin Bieber</a> enlisted all types of artists to work with him on his latest musical endeavor, <a href="/news/articles/1687691/justin-bieber-believe-album-details.jhtml"><i>Believe</i></a>. While many of those <a href="/news/articles/1688207/justin-bieber-believe-six-degrees.jhtml">hip-hop leaning collaborations</a> made the album, there were a number of other duets that got left on the cutting-room floor.</P><P>So, what exactly happened to those tracks? MTV News got the full scoop from Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, during a recent interview.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Scooter Braun On The Evolution Of Justin Bieber" id="vid:791929" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>Bieber shared the studio with country cutie <a href="/news/articles/1683050/justin-bieber-taylor-swift-collaboration.jhtml">Taylor Swift to work on a song</a>. In fact, <a href="/news/articles/1683542/justin-bieber-taylor-swift-duet-selena-gomez.jhtml">his lady love, Selena Gomez</a>, even had some high praise for the never-released track. In the end, the Swift tune just didn't fit in with the final vibe of the album, Braun explained: "It didn't go on <i>Believe</i>, because there's another record they want to work on. So, it just didn't make sense at this time, and the song they did just didn't make sense on this album."</P><P>In addition to Swift, Bieber was also trying to make something happen with <a href="/news/articles/1683753/justin-bieber-adam-levine-supergroup.jhtml">Maroon 5 leading man Adam Levine</a>. "We talked with Adam Levine about doing stuff," Braun recalled. "And he wanted to, but with everything else, we could just never get the studio time in together."</P><P>Then there was the highly anticipated collaboration between <a href="/news/articles/1684085/justin-bieber-kanye-west-studio.jhtml">Bieber and Kanye West</a>. Despite being pictured in the studio with Yeezy, in the end, Bieber's track with the rapper "didn't make sense at this time," Braun said.</P><P>While whatever those two cooked up in the studio might forever remain a mystery, <a href="/news/articles/1684496/justin-bieber-kim-kardashian-kanye-west.jhtml">Bieber recalled just what Kanye</a> had in mind for the pop superstar's musical evolution. "Basically, he was just talking about going out of the box and doing things that are different," he said. "And he's like, 'I want to just make you cool.' <P><a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/bieber_justin/artist.jhtml">Justin Bieber</a> has been declared, "Hot, Ready, Legal" — and not just anywhere, but on the cover of <i>Rolling Stone.</i></P><P>And in the accompanying interview with the magazine, the singer, now 18, admits he's feeling a bit older since becoming legal.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Justin Bieber Proving His Haters Wrong With 'Good Music'" id="vid:793035.id:1687833" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>"I feel like I carry myself in a more manly way," he explained in the <a href="http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/on-the-cover-justin-bieber-becomes-a-man-20120718#ixzz20zFCJaGC" target="_blank">issue</a>, which hits newsstands on Friday. "I don't carry myself as a boy."</P><P>In addition to feeling older, <a href="/news/articles/1687569/justin-bieber-live-evolution.jhtml">his manager, Scooter Braun</a>, makes no apologies for Bieber having a personal life and not hiding it from his fans. He admits he's not too worried about Bieber losing fans thanks to his very public relationship with Selena Gomez.</P><P>"Personally, I think that's all a bunch of bulls---," Braun said. "Yes, there's gonna be some girls that if they see him with a girlfriend, it kills the dream — but there's also gonna be girls that see him with a girlfriend, hear about the romantic things he does and want him even more."</P><P>Bieber <a href="/news/articles/1689820/justin-bieber-reveals-rolling-stone-cover.jhtml">tweeted</a> out a photo of his cover on Tuesday. This is his second <i>Rolling Stone</i> cover, having previously graced the <a href="/news/articles/1658289/justin-bieber-abortion-rolling-stone.jhtml">cover in February 2011</a>. That appearance was met with controversy after Bieber was misquoted as saying he doesn't "believe in abortion." (The magazine later issued a statement clarifying Bieber's comments.)</P><P>If fans are feeling some déjà vu looking at Bieber's latest cover, it might be because the magazine used a <a href="http://gawker.com/5926723" target="_blank">similar tagline</a> when Lindsay Lohan appeared on <i>Rolling Stone</i> in 2004, when she, then 18, was featured in the magazine's annual Hot List issue.</P><P>Bieber's timing on the cover of the magazine lines up with several big events for the singer. 'Glee' Star Chris Colfer Teases Michael Jackson Tribute Episode

<P>Fox's song-and-dance series "Glee" is no stranger to a star-studded cameo or two, with the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, John Stamos and Kristin Chenoweth all walking the halls of McKinley High during the past two and a half seasons. And as the show returns from a month-long hiatus, Gleeks aren't the only ones anticipating a few more famous faces. As star Chris Colfer told MTV News on the Golden Globes red carpet, there's plenty to look forward to when New Directions warble again January 17.</P><P>"Well, the Michael Jackson episode ...," Colfer answered when asked about his most-anticipated upcoming episodes. "We have a Spanish episode coming up with Ricky Martin. The actor/singer recently <a href="https://twitter.com/#!/ricky_martin/status/155141894333140993" target="_blank">tweeted</a> a joyful picture from his first day on set.</P><P>As to how the King of Pop's prolific songbook will manifest itself in the January 31 tribute episode, Colfer explained, "Well, I sing part of 'Black [or] White.' I'm the 'White' in 'Black [or] White,' and I sing 'Ben,' that famous song he wrote for the rat."</P><P>The rodent in question is the pet of a young boy named Danny in the 1972 film "Ben." Jackson sang a version of the theme song that appeared in the movie's closing credits and was later included on his 1972 album also named <em>Ben</em>. <P>On Thursday (January 7), the U.K.'s Royal Mail unveiled a series of 10 new stamps, honoring the most iconic album covers of the past 40 years.</P><P>The albums featured in the new series are the <a href="/music/artist/rolling_stones/artist.jhtml">Rolling Stones</a>' <i>Let It Bleed,</i> <a href="/music/artist/led_zeppelin/artist.jhtml">Led Zeppelin</a>'s <i>IV,</i> <a href="/music/artist/bowie_david/artist.jhtml">David Bowie</a>'s <i>The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars,</i> <a href="/music/artist/mike_oldfield/artist.jhtml">Mike Oldfield</a>'s <i>Tubular Bells,</i> <a href="/music/artist/clash/artist.jhtml">The Clash</a>'s <i>London Calling,</i> <a href="/music/artist/new_order/artist.jhtml">New Order</a>'s <i>Power, Corruption and Lies,</i> <a href="/music/artist/primal_scream/artist.jhtml">Primal Scream</a>'s <i>Screamadelica,</i> <a href="/music/artist/pink_floyd/artist.jhtml">Pink Floyd</a>'s <i>The Division Bell,</i> <a href="/music/artist/blur/artist.jhtml">Blur</a>'s <i>Parklife</i> and — the most recent album on to make the cut — <a href="/music/artist/coldplay/artist.jhtml">Coldplay</a>'s <i>A Rush of Blood to the Head.</i></P><P>Meant to honor "the most potent graphic images of modern times, many of which have provided a visual soundtrack to people's lives," the series is the end result of a lengthy research process by the Royal Mail, who looked through thousands of album covers by British artists before deciding on the final list. And, during a Wednesday night BBC Radio broadcast, it was revealed that the queen herself actually approved each design.</P><P>Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page — who helped design the cover for <i>IV</i> — was on hand to celebrate the release of the stamps and recalled the mysterious nature of the album's iconic imagery.</P><P>"Almost 40 years after the album came out, nobody knows the old man who featured on the cover, nor the artist who painted him," he said. "That sort of sums up what we wanted to achieve with the album cover, which has remained both anonymous and enigmatic at the same time."</P><P>Of course, any great honor is befitting of an equally great contest, so, on the same day the stamps were made available to the general public, Coldplay decided to give one of their <i>Rush of Blood</i> stamps away. In a message on their official site, the band held a contest to send one lucky fan "a letter using a Coldplay stamp, postmarked with today's issue date."</P><P>"We visited our local post office earlier today and bought some of the Coldplay stamps," the message read. "Very nice they are too."</p>

Usher's Stepson Kile Glover: What Happened?
'There is no one that has been declared brain dead that has survived to being functional,' said neurologist Dr. Bren Masel, who was not treating Glover.

<P>More than a week after <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/usher/artist.jhtml">Usher's</a> stepson, Kile Glover, was <a href="/news/articles/1689206/ushers-stepson-declared-brain-dead-after-jet-ski-accident.jhtml">pronounced brain dead</a>
 following a traumatic head injury suffered during a <a href="/news/articles/1689261/usher-kyle-glover-jet-ski-jeffrey-s-hubbard.jhtml">jet-ski accident</a>
, the 11-year-old boy <a href="/news/articles/1690157/usher-stepson-kile-glover-taken-off-life-support.jhtml">died</a>
 of heart failure on Saturday.</P><P>Glover, the son of Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Foster, was reportedly taken off life support Saturday morning and died a short time later.</P><P>Given the seriousness of his injury, which resulted from blunt trauma to the head after Glover was hit by a jet-ski while floating in an inner tube on Atlanta's Lake Lanier, MTV News spoke to a neurologist about the prospects for victims of such major brain injuries.</P><P>"There is no one that has been declared brain dead that has survived to being functional," said neurologist Dr. Brent Masel, national director of the Brain Injury Association of America and medical director of the Transitional Learning Center of Galveston, Texas several days before Glover was pronounced dead. "They will not get better."</P><P>Masel, who was not treating Glover and had no first-hand knowledge of the case, explained that the prognosis in such cases is so grim because of the make-up of the brain. "When someone is declared brain dead, it's not that their brain is not functioning at all," he said. "There are two components to the brain, the cerebrum, which is the thinking part and the brain stem, which narrows and becomes the spinal cord."</P><P>The stem is the automatic part, which controls respiration and heart rate and someone can technically live without a functioning cerebrum, which is not unusual in such injuries. "The thinking part of the brain is no longer functioning and all the patient has functioning is the brain stem," he said. "Very often what happens when you're deciding if someone is brain dead, you take them off the respirator and they're not even breathing and the only thing going is their heart, which will stop functioning if you're not breathing."</P><P>Glover and a second victim, a 15-year-old girl, were struck by a Jet Ski while floating on an inner tube in Atlanta's Lake Lanier. Both children were airlifted to the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston pediatric hospital. The girl is reported to have suffered from a cut on the head and a broken arm, while Glover took the brunt of the trauma to his head.</P><P>Asked how it's possible that Glover could have suffered such a terrible wound while the girl in the inner tube with him escaped with less serious injuries, Masel said it is part of the unpredictable nature of trauma medicine. Pointing to a jet-skiing accident he was involved in 10 years ago in which he nearly ran over a friend's son, as well as the shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords (whose case he helped work on), Masel said "it's a matter of millimeters."</P><P>Just a few millimeters over and Glover may have come out with a very different wound, he said, noting that there are several very vulnerable spots on the brain that can result in such injuries. "As physicians, especially with a child, it's the hardest thing in the world because very often the child sort of looks okay and there are miracles that could occur," he said.</P><P>"What I always try to do is ask, 'what would I do if this was my sister or brother?' If I were the doctor I would say, 'if this were my child this is what I would do.' Could you breathe for that patient forever? Yes, We know artificial respiration isn't adequate, [though] and it's not the same as breathing normally. You can have someone on a respirator for a long period of time and eventually the brain deteriorates. Even if they said they want[ed] to keep him on the respirator for six months, or a year and wait for a miracle, the brain [wouldn't] be the same."</P><P>The man driving the jet ski has been identified as 38-year-old Jeffrey S. Hubbard, a family friend. At this time the police have determined that no drugs were involved, and no charges have been filed.</p>

Katherine Jackson, Mother of MJ, Reported Missing
Katherine Jackson, the mother of legendary artist Michael Jackson, has been reported as missing. But the case is anything but clear cut.
Katherine's nephew Trent filed the report with the the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office, claiming he has not heard from his aunt in over a week, but Jermaine Jackson responded to the claim by sending the following Tweet:
"I want to reassure everyone (inc all sudden medical experts) that Mother is fine but is resting up in AZ on the orders of a doctor, not us. This is our mother and her health is paramount. We are not inventing or plotting anything. We are following doctor's advice. Period."
This confusion is the latest in an ongoing family dispute, as five of Katherine's kids sent a letter this week that allege their mother is being mistreated by the executors of Michael Jackson's estate.
An attorney for Katherine, Sandra Ribera, says her client flew to New Mexico on July 15 to attend a concert… but granddaughter Paris Jackson then tried to get in touch with Katherine at her aunt's Rebbie's house and was told on multiple occasions this week that she was not permitted to do so.
"yes, my grandmother is missing . i haven't spoken with her in a week i want her home now," Paris Tweeted today.
Katherine Jackson has not called her three grandchildren, who have resided with her for the last three years, since last Sunday, Ribera added, saying she "has never gone 24 hours without talking to her kids... We have no idea what's going on with her. No one has talked to her."
We'll update this unusual story with new information whenever it breaks.
UPDATE: An insider tells the AP that Jackson is is with her daughter Rebbie and has been prescribed rest by a doctor.
